Return Policy

You can return a product for up to five business days from the date that you purchased the item. After five business days, no returns will be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with the receipt or invoice.

 

Order in Transit

All orders are sent through Regular Ground Delivery (3-6 business days). If you wish to have an item arrive sooner, the buyer must pay for the additional shipping costs.

Occasionally packages get lost or damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged shipment or it is lost by the carrier, StockAIG customer service department is here to help you, please contact us at the number or email listed below. 

In the event of a damaged shipment, do not throw away the item, original packaging or outer box. We will arrange to have this picked up by the carrier. Images will have to be provided to StockAIG via email to confirm the damage. 

Shipping is only within the continental United States (excludes Alaska and Hawai’i). Please contact StockAIG for International shipping. 

 

Cancellation and Return Policy

Please make sure that you want to make the purchase before submitting the order. Orders refused at delivery or cancelled while in transit will be assessed all of the applicable fees, including but not limited to, a return fee, the shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee. 

If an item is returned to StockAIG, the buyer pays for the return shipping, regardless of reason. 

 

Refund Policy

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. Once your return order is received, your refund will be processed within 48 business hours. 

Please note that once your return has been processed, it may take your credit card company some days to post the credit to your account.
